Refunds (if applicable)

In case of services already rendered, no refunds, exchanges or cancellation, shall be permissible. In case of services for which payment is received in advance such as registration fees for an event, workshop, seminar, training class etc, no refunds are permitted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You may be allowed to exchange your attendance at planned events with someone else deputed by you. In case of force majeure clauses affecting your ability to attend pre-paid events, we may take a more considerate approach. Please send a written request to info@the310i.com with all the details of the event.
